Services for Roland DG products are available nationally. Our team of Accredited and Authorised Roland DG Technicians will visit your site by appointment, equipped with the latest tools and knowledge. 

It is recommended that regular services be carried out on your Roland DG device. For further detail, refer to the warranty statement

Parts

The bulk of our spare parts are held in our offsite Sydney warehouse, with a wide range that are available for immediate delivery for both current and older products. Roland DG guarantees supply of parts for a minimum of seven years from the end of production of a model but spare parts depending on availability from Japan may be still available past this point.

Warranty

All Roland DG products are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from purchase, subject to the Standard Express Warranty conditions.

To take advantage of your extended warranty support, you will need to register your device online. We have extended warranties available for many of our devices. To find out more, go to the Warranties section of the website.

NOTE: The use of third party service providers or consumables may result in your Roland DG warranty or contract being void.
