Service Coordinator

If you possess a logistical mind with an abundance of care and empathy for customers we would like to hear from you.

Roland DG Australia are seeking a full time Service Coordinator to; provide high end customer service to all stakeholders, plan and communicate job runs for technicians and input all required CRM information.

You will need to have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven reliability. A proactive, driven nature is needed to balance multiple tasks throughout the day as well as excellent communication abilities.
