Service Coordinator

About the Role

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our clients nationwide and are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Here’s what we are looking for: 

  • Scheduling and coordinating Service Technicians and Service agents and coordinating stock-take activities.
  • Accurate and timely recording of service job completion, creating, entering, and closing job sheets.
    • Active monitoring of the Service Order Queue and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
    • Assisting Technical Service and Support staff as part of the Service team.
    • Ensuring timely communication with customers to book service appointments.
    • Managing Repair/Breakdown Service Jobs within the Service Management System.
    • Following up with customers regarding preventative maintenance.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Leadership and Management, Community Services, or 2-3 years of similar experience will be highly regarded.
  • 2-3 years experience in scheduling or team planning and customer service experience. Familiarity with online rostering and Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Professional demeanor, customer-centric communication, adaptability and ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and organizational skills, time management and technical proficiency, and proactive approach to self and team improvement will be highly regarded.

Field Service Technician - Perth

The opportunity

Our professional service team is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician. The core responsibilities of this role are the provision of high end technical service, support and training for customers within Perth and regional Western Australia. Some overnight travel may be required. A fully maintained company vehicle is provided.

Common backgrounds for this role will include technical people who have worked in the print, signage and graphics industry. However, if you have technical service experience in another related industry or field, we encourage you to apply and we’d love to speak with you. This role is immediately available.

Here’s what we are looking for: 

  • A person who holds qualifications in electrical/electronic disciplines and who has a strong aptitude for technical repairs and diagnostics
  • Experience in service and repair of wide format printers, or in a similar related industry
  • A dedicated person who is committed to providing excellent service and solutions to our customers
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and who is keen to learn new systems and technology
  • An effective communicator to interpret technical information and relay this clearly to clients
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence – no restrictions
