Sydney, Australia, September 8, 2016 – Roland DG Australia, a leading manufacturer of wide format inkjet printers and 3D devices, is proud to once again be the Platinum Sponsor of Visual Impact Sydney, the largest industry trade show of the year, and is excited to launch the new TrueVIS SG Series printer/cutters.

With only one week to go until doors open at Visual Impact, preparations are in full swing at Roland DG, as the team gets ready to showcase brand new solutions and programs, along with a diverse range of profitable applications.

Joining the recently released VG Series as part of Roland DG’s next generation TrueVIS family, the SG Series is available in 54-inch (SG-540) and 30-inch (SG-300) models, and delivers Roland DG’s renowned quality, reliability and cutting-edge features, at an attractive price point. Other products on display include the TrueVIS VG Series printer/cutters, the high performance  SOLJET EJ-640 printer, the Texart RT-640 dye sublimation printer, the versatile  LEF Series benchtop UV printers, and Roland DG's engraving solutions.

Two new programs will debut at the show – Roland Rental Platinum and the Roland DG Cartridge Recycle Program. Roland Rental Platinum is a premium package that delivers simplicity and savings by offering a complete package of Roland DG hardware, genuine Roland DG inks, extended warranty, servicing and training, all wrapped up in one monthly payment. The Company’s new Cartridge Recycle Program allows for the simple and efficient collection of empty Roland DG inkjet cartridges that are then reused or recycled in an effort to reduce waste to landfill.

Just like in previous years, Roland DG will be running their successful “Print for Purpose” campaign. This year, the team will be printing a range of collateral for The Black Dog Institute, a not-for-profit organisation and world leader in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder.
