Antt Mann Signs Triples Sales Since Installing a Roland DG Printer and Vinyl Cutter

Antt Mann Signs

Anthony Crundwell spent a number of years building up an array of skills and knowledge in the signage industry, before deciding to set up Antt Mann Signs in 2013 in Essendon, Victoria. The company was created from the ground up, with Anthony initially using a cheap cutter and a laptop to produce signs and labels.

A couple of years after founding Antt Mann Signs, when business began to build, Anthony decided to purchase a Roland DG VersaArt RE-640 Printer, and soon after, a Roland DG CAMM-1 GR-540 Vinyl Cutter. He has never looked back, only wishing that he had made the investment in Roland DG sooner. “It’s been amazing; I always knew I wanted [a Roland DG machine] but didn’t have enough work to actually warrant having one. But… it’s helped so much.”

The company’s business has grown substantially, and now focuses on sign printing and installation, as well as large-scale label production. “Business has increased a tonne since buying a Roland DG printer… my gross sales in 2 years [were] made in 7 months having a printer. I then decided to get the brand new Roland DG [cutter] as I do a fair bit of labels for people.”

Given his positive experience, Anthony would recommend Roland DG staff and its products to others: “I’ve used other printers in my time… and they seem to be pretty full on… but VersaWorks is just add to print queue, quickly change what you need to and print, really fast.”

Anthony has found the service and support from Roland DG to be “very helpful… [Roland DG staff] will always guide you in the right direction. You have been around for so many years now and still going strong, so I hope I’m around that long [to] continue our relationship.”
